Disclaimer

Please note that small air bubbles may occasionally appear within the cup as a natural result of the shipping process. These minor imperfections are considered normal and are not eligible for replacement.

Custom Orders

Because each custom cup and product is made specifically for you, all sales are final. Once production has begun, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damages & Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue. Clear photographs of the item and its original packaging will be required for assessment.
Please note: we cannot replace or refund items damaged after delivery.
